Ed Dilworth, President
Ed founded Conspiracy Media Group in October 2008 and has a distinctive track record starting and running successful Internet and social marketing agencies. This includes the launch of one of the first Internet agencies, Rockpile Interactive. He also served as President of Arnold Worldwide (west) after that agency purchased Rockpile. Ed was a partner and President of Kadium, an Internet marketing and development company that launched one of the earliest social media practices in 2001 and was later sold to Euro RSCG. Ed was Chief Contact Officer of Campbell-Ewald where he led communication strategy and oversaw operations for the media, digital, custom publishing, and social media groups. Until recently, Ed served as CEO of Nimblefish a software and services company focused on helping considered purchase marketers guide their prospects through the buying cycle. Ed has worked on communication strategy including digital, social media, and creative development for brands including: Electronic Arts, ESPN, Chevrolet, US Navy, Kaiser Permanente, Genentech, AT&T, Nike, Office Depot, Alltel Wireless, Palm, and many others.

Ben Pierce, Creative Director
Ben spent six years at big Chicago ad shops including Leo Burnett, DDB, Razorfish, and DraftFCB as a copywriter, Senior Content Strategist and Associate Creative Director. This included national TV and print for Kraft, as well as web for Kraft, McDonald’s, Gatorade, and US Army. Ben has also written and directed video content in areas ranging from non-profit to short-form original comedy. Prior to his time at the Big Agencies, Ben also worked in San Francisco for the likes of Rockpile Interactive (acquired by Arnold Worldwide) and Kadium (acquired by Euro RSCG). This included work for brands including Electronic Arts, ESPN, Levi’s, Genentech, Qualcomm, Logitech, Southwest Airlines, and Office Depot.

Amy Townsend, Director of Analytics
Amy Townsend leads our tools and analytics department, with over 20 years experience in traditional media, emerging media, and entertainment. Previously Amy served as Executive Vice President, Managing Director at Nimblefish Technologies, where she led the professional services group. She also served as Vice President, Managing Director at The Media Group, an emerging media organization specializing in the delivery of advanced television initiatives across multiple delivery platforms. Prior to TMG, Amy held senior management positions at Organic and played a pivotal role in growing the company from a small web development agency into a leading global digital marketing services company. Amy brings her knowledge of emerging platforms to Conspiracy, making sure the right tools and analytics are in place for every assignment.

Gina Kida, Planning Director
Gina has spent over 20 years in marketing on agency and client sides at big firms, interactive shops, and creative boutiques. Having spent her first 10 years in media including a position as VP Media Director at Ogilvy & Mather Los Angeles (Microsoft), she went on to hold a strategic planning position at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond and head of Media and Strategic Planning at THINK New Ideas (Oracle, Time-Warner Media, MacAfee Systems, CarsDirect and AOL Travel.) Since then, Gina has worked as SVP Contact Planning at Cambell-Ewald and lead planner on Chevrolet with a specific focus on working with creative teams to develop work in alternative media. Gina’s independent consulting assignments have included brand planning and research for clients that include Sharp Electronics, Microsoft, Bosch Home Appliances, and Clearwire.

Dan Puglisi, Content Director
Dan has extensive experience in the development of feature films, television, animation, wireless, and online entertainment. He's been a story analyst for Imagine Entertainment, Story Editor for Zucker Brothers Productions, and Vice President of Development at Klasky Csupo Inc. He oversaw all aspects of creative development for the animation studio/production company and led the company's start-up New Media Entertainment division. He later served as Director of Creative Content for wireless technology solutions provider Vidiator Inc., where he was responsible for the development and production of the company's made-for-mobile entertainment. Dan has also served as a marketing and communications consultant for the Smithsonian Institution, Discovery Communications, and numerous production companies, agencies, and non-profit organizations.

Megan O’Connor, Project Director
Megan’s specialty is in development projects with high degrees of complexity. These include elements such as multiple platforms, cross-agency collaboration, and mixed system integration. She began her web career at IBM in 1997, where she helped redefine the online presence of IBM's AS/400 server product line, launching a pioneering dynamic content web site with internationalized components as well as an intranet/extranet application for IBM's Server Sales force and Business Partners. At interactive agency 415 Productions, Megan produced dynamic Web applications for McGraw-Hill and localized sites for Credit Suisse divisions in Asia-Pacific. Megan has also led the charge for the San Francisco Ballet website redesign and produced a new website for PlayStation.com. More recently Megan has worked on providing web development, business analysis, project management, and process re-engineering services for a range of clients and industries, including Sony (PlayStation), Genentech, and Alltel Wireless.
